Business Models and Sustainability
The goal of this work package is to create a valuable, viable and sustainable Centre of Excellence that follows a clear strategy towards a return of investment. In order to implement this strategy, the risk-profiles, the magnitude of investments and the values of the developments need to meet the partners’ requirements. Therefore, the objective of this WP is to articulate, quantify, compare and promote this investment to all stakeholders, inside and outside the consortium. This will be achieved through a thorough understanding of the requirements, capacity and alternatives of the users and providers, and the careful design and implementation of a roadmap towards long-term sustainability. Although this work package mainly focuses on the long-term sustainability of HiDALGO, other types of developments need to be targeted as well. Thus, WP2 will monitor the short-term as well as mid-term developments in order to design exploitation strategies.
